PSG stroll into Champions League final

Neymar inspired PSG becomes the first team through to Sunday night’s showpiece in Lisbon after their ruthlessly saw off the Bundesliga side in the Portuguese capital

Thomas Tuchel’s side were better than their Bundesliga opponents throughout, and took the lead when Marquinhos followed up his quarter-final goal against Atalanta with a header from Angel di Maria’s free-kick.

Di Maria then doubled the lead with a finish following a fine flick from Neymar, as PSG punished a poor kick out from Leipzig goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi.

Juan Bernat profited from more sloppy Leipzig defending to add a third in the second period, as PSG advanced to face either Bayern Munich or Lyon in Sunday’s final.
