Onyango and Shalulile Called Up for Country Duty

Mamelodi Sundowns duo Denis Onyango and Peter Shalulile have been called up to represent their respective national teams. Onyango will be on duty for Uganda whilst Shalulile will do battle for Namibia. The African Cup of Nations Qualifiers will take place from the week of the 22nd till the 30th of March.

Namibia have played four games in Group A, they have collected three points and are seven points behind the log leaders Mali. They will take on Chad in the first game on the 24th of March who are bottom of the log before taking on Guinea on the 28th in the second game.

Onyango’s Cranes will be looking to seal their spot in the continental showpiece as they play the last two games in the group stages. Uganda is in position two behind Burkina Faso who they will face on the 24th, before they close off their qualifying bid on the 29th with a trip to face Malawi.
