Muhsin questions Kaizer Jnr’s knowledge and experience

The biggest problem is that the greatest enemy of yourself is always the illusion of knowledge. So, if you think you know it, that’s an illusion and that’s the enemy for you.

“So in the end, if you don’t know today’s football is changing everyday, and as I went myself to the Turkish national team, it was for me also to adjust to the situation of what is happening.

“So I think you can see with [Mamelodi] Sundowns, they are running away in South African football and [competing] internationally as well – behind the scenes, for me, there are very influential people, I can’t not mention Mr [Flemming] Berg.

“Behind the scenes he is already looking [to the future]. Sporting directors are not the ones grinding the results – that’s the technical part, but sporting directors and people behind the scenes are grinding results for the next 10 years.

“So you need to have… I don’t think that’s what’s being done by Kaizer Jnr or behind the scenes by people who are in the business, but you really need to have expertise who can handle and grind the results for the next 10 years – that’s what’s not happening at Chiefs.”
